Individual Music Therapy.

Individual music therapy sessions are designed around each client's strengths, needs, and goals. Musical activities are selected to support communication, learning, emotional regulation, movement, and social development.

Sarah works with individuals with developmental delays, specific learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and multiple disabilities.

Music therapy can also provide tools to support mental and emotional health.

Adaptive Music Instruction.

Adaptive music instruction offers personalized instrumental or vocal lessons for learners who benefit from a different approach to traditional music education.

Unlike music therapy, which focuses on non-musical goals, adaptive instruction focuses on developing musical skills. Lessons are adapted to each learner's abilities, interests, and learning style, allowing them to build confidence and make progress at their own pace.
